Q01How is the cost of design and development calculated?
The cost depends on the scope of work, the complexity and the requirements of each project. After our first call, I will propose an approach, an estimated timeline and a specific quote before we start.
Q02Does using AI affect the quality of the product?
AI speeds up building the interface and shipping the product, but it does not replace design thinking. I personally set the experience direction, check the interface, review the interaction flows and adjust the product to the requirements we agreed on.
Q03Do I own the source code once the project is finished?
Yes. The source code within the agreed handover scope is transferred to you when the project ends. Third-party libraries, services and tools remain subject to their own terms of use.
Q04Can I edit the content myself after handover?
Yes, depending on how the website or product is built. We will discuss your update needs up front and choose a suitable solution. If needed, I can set up a CMS or show you how to edit basic content. Changes to the interface or functionality may need technical support.
Q05Can you work with my existing design or brand identity?
Absolutely. I can build the website or product from your existing design, colours, typography and brand identity. If the materials are incomplete or need adjusting to suit the real experience, I will propose options before starting.
Q06Do you improve products that were already built with AI?
Yes. I can review and improve products created with tools such as Lovable, v0 or Bolt, from information architecture and UX/UI to interaction flows. The scope depends on the current state of the product, its source code and your specific requirements.
Q07Do you work remotely and with international clients?
Yes. I work from Vietnam (GMT+7) and take on projects from clients in Vietnam and abroad, communicating in Vietnamese or English. The process, meeting schedule and delivery milestones are agreed from the start.
Q08How long does a project usually take?
It depends on the size, the complexity and how ready the input materials are. Once I understand the requirements, I will give you an estimated schedule with feedback and delivery milestones so both sides can follow progress easily.
